  • Handling customer queries and service through calls (No Night shifts)
  • Follow up calls to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests
  • Should continuously assess and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact and provide the best customer experience
  • Prior training, support and individual attention will be provided.
  • Good communication skills in English, Tamil is preferred. (Hindi Speaking added advantage)
